Mr Noel O’Brien
Consultant General and Vascular Surgeon
Mr Noel O’Brien graduated from UCC Medical School in 1996 and undertook basic surgical training in Cork between 1997 and 2004, spending 2 years carrying out research towards an MD degree during this time.
Between 2005 and 2010 Mr O’Brien completed his Higher Surgical Training Scheme in various hospitals around Ireland and spent a year undertaking a vascular fellowship in Lille France from 2009-2010. Having obtained his Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCST), Mr O’Brien returned to Ireland in 2010 and commenced practice in the South Infirmary/Victoria Hospital where he has particular interests in upper and lower GI endoscopy, laparoscopic and open general surgical operations and the management of symptomatic varicose veins.

Attends the South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital and the Bons Secour hospital where she is a specialist Breast surgeon.
She consults on general surgical problems and conditions requiring endoscopy at Langford hall consultants clinic.
Dr Sinead Cotter
Retired GP
Sinead is the owner of the medical centre. She founded Langford Hall Medical Centre in 2008 and ran her GP practice from here until her retirement in 2022, when Dr Rachel Finnegan and Dr Leandre Powys took over the General practice LHMC.
Since its opening in 2008 the medical centre also accommodated consultant medical specialists from the South Infirmary SIVUH who ran their private rooms from here.
Specialist in ENT, general surgery and dermatology. These specialists still continue to have their private rooms at Langford Hall at the consultants clinic. Dr Cotter administers this service.
